E-MAIL ASSIGNMENT: Student Information Form

All students in the class are REQUIRED to send the instructor the following information using E-Mail via the Internet (the fileserver at NSU or, if you prefer, a commercial Internet Service Provider--ISP).  Print out this Worldwide Web (WWW) page or jot down the required student information form for use when you log-on to WWW. You may provide the following information by reference to its number or description.

Remember, this e-mail assignment is worth 15 points (for a completed form submitted via e-mail). I must receive it no later than 5:00pm on the due date listed in the course syllabus. If you have questions or problems, please contact me.

9. Your e-mail address (NSUnet userid or full commercial ISP address -- wherever you wish to receive e-mail from the instructor)
10. Your HOME mailing (permanent) address
11. Your HOME phone number (unless unlisted)
12. The e-mail addresses of TWO other members of this class (ask the persons sitting next to you in class or other friends in class; the purpose is to encourage collaborative effort among students)
13. Please tell me an "interesting", "useful", "humorous", or "serious" (your choice) thing about yourself that would be helpful to me in getting to know you.
