  • Amicus Curiae Brief Presented to the Oklahoma Court of Criminal Appeals, State of Oklahoma v. Kevin Bezdicek, SR-2001-401 (2001).
    • I presented this Amicus Curiae brief on behalf of the Oklahoma Criminal Defense Lawyers Association.  This brief is one of approximately ten such Amicus Curiae briefs accepted by the Oklahoma Court of Criminal Appeals in the past twenty years!  The brief was instrumental in developing law regarding the use of multicounty grand jury subpoena power by the Attorney General.
