Welcome to Oscarville! Purpose: Hospitality and Tourism Marketing(HTM) Class Assignment About Me: My name is Oscar. I am a Northeastern State University student majoring in HTM and should graduate Fall of 2011. I have already received an Associates degree in Food Service Management from OSU-Okmulgee, which is now called OSU-IT. I have been in the food industry for over nine years and currently work at The Hammett House in Claremore and The Country Cottage Restaurant in Locust Grove. I enjoy this profession very much and my goal is to become a successful Certified Master Chef. I am a proud member of The American Culinary Federation and hope to reach my goals with them.
