do I renew items? Within
your ILLIad request manager online, there is a View/Renew Checked Out Items link
under the Review
Requests, but that feature is not currently active in our system.
If you would like to renew an interlibrary loan item, please contact the ILS
Department by e-mail, phone, or in
person. Please place your renewal request one week in advance. If
you would like to renew a document delivery item, go here .
How
do I change my account information? Log
in to ILLiad and click on
the Change
User Information button near
the bottom of the Main Menu page. How
do I view electronically delivered items? How
do I track requests? Requests
can be tracked by logging in to ILLiad and clicking
on the View/Modify
Outstanding Requests button under the Review Requests on the Main Menu
