Call for Papers 2003-2004

The Mu Iota Chapter of Sigma Tau Delta

Prism
Announce A Call for Papers

We’re looking for papers for our Spring 2004 issue of the Prism. All interested students or faculty are invited to submit your work. The Prism is an online English literary journal dedicated to promote the scholarly papers and creative works of Northeastern State University students and faculty.

Submission Guidelines:
- Must be a currently enrolled NSU student or faculty
- Scholarly/Research papers may be on any topic, including essays, composition, rhetoric, etc.
- Initial Scholarly/Research paper submissions should be an Abstract of no more than 250 words, with a working title, to be reviewed by Editorial Board.
- Contributor’s name should not appear on the Abstract or manuscript
- Include cover sheet with name, address, phone, and email
- Poetry, short stories, plays, and screenplays may be on any subject
- Papers/stories should conform to MLA format
- ALL submissions for review must be in Word or WordPerfect and in electronic form, either on disk or via email – hard copy submissions to Seminary Hall room 362 (these should also on disk along with hard copy)
- Limit 1 submission per person per issue

Deadlines:
Fall Semester - October 15
Spring Semester - February 25

Publication Date for accepted papers:
Fall Issues - November
Spring Issues - April
Authors of accepted abstracts for scholarly papers will contacted
by Editorial Board for full papers.

Authors of other accepted submissions will be notified prior to publishing date.
