                  ETS serves middle and high school students in northeastern
                       Oklahoma.  This guidance program helps students recognize
                       educational opportunities and motivates them to set and pursue
                       future goals.  along with career and college counseling, students
                       are encrouaged to challenge themselves and recognize their
                       strengths through educational, cultural, and adventure activities.

                 -Have the potential for academic success
                 -Desire some type of college education or vocational training after
                        high school
                 -Be the first to pursue a bachelor's degree in their family
                 -Fit income eligibility requirements
                 (1) You will graduate from high school.
                        More than 95% of ETS students graduate from high school.

              (2) You will go to college.
                        About 79% of ETS students enroll in a post-secondary program (2 yr or 4 yr college,
                        vocational training, or military).

              (3) You will receive financial aid and scholarship information.
                        More than 95% of ETS students receive help in applying for financial aid,
                        with 65% receiving financial aid and/or scholarships.
