This homepage is to provide a glimpse of "me" who is on various team projects for the ultimate purpose of life --- a life ought to be larger and longer than itself. Prior to NSU, I was on the full-time faculty in the field of management, or sport management/marketing respectively at the University of Tulsa (TU) and the University of Oklahoma (OU) (1992-2003). I received my degrees of Jurisprudence Doctor (J.D.) from The College of Law, TU (2000), Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) from Southern Illinois University at Carbondale, Illinois (1992), Master of Arts (M.A.) from Ball State University in Muncie, Indiana, USA (1987), and Bachelor of Education (B. Ed.) from Beijing Sport University in Beijing, China (1983). I served as Assistant Researcher at National Research Institute of Sports Sciences in Beijing, China (1983-85); while on the coaching staff for Team-China Olympic Women's Basketball (1983-84). I was also a competitive athlete on several basketball teams from which I learned and carried into practice that life is a process of pursuit for excellence and perfection. I am viewed to be easy-going but with principles, idealistic but practical, perfectionist for continuous improvement, multi-task oriented but short on resources to complete on schedule, good at home cooking on numerous styles of cuisines but without much time, being objective in perspective but need a balance for colors in emotions, and hold self out as an educator but inside a life student in all aspects, ...
