Article V – The Executive Council

Section 1 –The membership of the Executive Council shall be composed of the elected and appointed
                 officers and the two most recent past presidents who are currently active members and
                 shall serve without pay.

Section 2 – Duties of the Executive Council shall be set forth in the By-Laws.

Section 3 – Each member of the Council shall have one vote in the deliberations of the Council.
