Albert Franco founded the Non-Traditional Student Organization in May 2004. From the first meeting, he received considerable support and assistance from the approximately twenty people in attendance. He was born and raised in northern California, and moved to Oklahoma in July 2002 to be near his mother's family.

Albert has two daughters and two nephews. He's expecting another niece or nephew in May 2005. Albert's hobbies--when he isn't being a Daddy--include astronomy, sundials, reading, simple web design and working in his yard. He has a B average and is enjoying college life after a ten year period of working and starting a family.

The Treasurer handles all financial matters for NoTSO. The full description of duties for the Treasurer may be found in the Bylaws.

Nominations for NoTSO Treasurer will be accepted in November and elections will be held in December. Make the effort to let your officers know how they are doing and what you would like to see done differently! Or, make the effort to let them know what a great job they're doing! E-mail is acceptable, but it's best to attend a meeting and make your voice heard in person.
