NoTSO History
Each year, a NoTSO Historian is appointed by the E Board. This person is responsible for recording the history of our organization. These records are useful for PR purposes. Also, current officers can look back on records from previous years to get ideas for projects or goals at various times of year. The NoTSO Historian is basically responsible for creating a NoTSO Yearbook.
