Stacey Jones is a founding member of the Non-Traditional Student Organization. In August 2004, Stacey agreed to accept appointment to the position of Events Chair.

The Events Chair is responsible for planning and organizing NoTSO events. The Events Chair also is continually considering new ideas and options for NoTSO activities. Events are one of the best methods of being active in the community in a meaningful way. The Events Chair is responsible for coordinating all events with NoTSO's general calendar.

If you have an idea for an event, please e-mail our Events Chair so she can determine when might be a good time to host the event; once a possible time is found, the idea for the event will be considered at the next Regular or Committee Meeting.

Nominations for NoTSO elected offices will be accepted in November and elections will be held in December. Those elected officers will sit on the Executive Board, along with two Campus Sponsors (faculty or staff); the E-Board will appoint the chairperson for each NoTSO committee.

Input from any NoTSO member is invited concerning the selection of NoTSO committee chairpersons. E-mail is acceptable, but it's best to attend a meeting and make your voice heard in person.
