Grimes students are soooooooooooo awesome………………

Two students, Portia Dancik and Elyce Harris had artwork

chosen for Exhibit in the Sam Noble Oklahoma Museum of

Natural History’s International Dinosaur Art Contest!!!

Their artwork will be on display from March 13 to May 19, 2007

either in the Brown Gallery or the Hall of Ancient Life at the

Sam Noble Oklahoma Museum of Natural History.

On May 19th, at 2:00 p.m., prizes will be awarded and all

winning and exhibited artists will be honored at an afternoon

reception at the museum.

There were entries from Japan, India,

Poland, Romania, Singapore, France, and the Philippines as well

as four states in the US.

The exhibit will be online at www.snomnh.ou.edu/dinoart

after March 19th. The International Dinosaur Art Contest was made possible by the Kerr Family Foundation.
