Study Away form To sign up for the 2012 trip, please fill out this document
electronically or in hard copy and give or send it to me, Dr. John Mercer, at
the NSU-BA campus, BALA 280. I will send
the form to the NSU Business Office, which will set up the trip on your NSU
account. After you submit this form to
me, please wait at least one week before paying your $220 deposit online or to
a Business Office cashier on any NSU campus.
Costs
Worksheet & Payment Schedule When you
submit your Study Away form, or soon thereafter, please fill out this form and
submit it to me in hard copy (if you are on the Broken Arrow campus) or by
e-mail attachment (if you are not). When
this form is processed, the correct amount will be charged to your NSU account.
Textbooks for Oregon 2012 Please read these seven (7) plays before the Fall
Intersession begins, and bring the books with you to Oregon.
