Oklahoma-Arkansas MAA Section

Future Site Guidelines

 

1. The alternation of the site between the states of Arkansas and Oklahoma should be continued.

2. In order for an institution to make application to host a future meeting, the institution should submit a letter of authorization from the administration to the secretary of the section and provide evidence that facilities adequate for the meeting exist at the proposed host site. 

3. In case of multiple applications for a particular year, the length of time since each institution has hosted the meeting should be considered by the site selection committee.

4. The selection of the site and the date of a future meeting should be made three and only three years in advance by the site selection committee.
