Phi Upsilon Omicron Phi Upsilon Omicron is a national honor society in family and consumer sciences that recognizes and encourages achieved excellence in: · scholarship · leadership · service Human and Family Sciences students who are in the top 35 percent of their class are invited to membership in Phi Upsilon Omicron.
