The Fashion Association is involved in many
activities. There are cultural trips to New York City and
Dallas, as well as study tours to many merchants like Miss
Jackson's in Tulsa and the Wal-Mart headquarters in Bentonville,
AR. We are also involved in many school activities such as
homecoming, Redman Rally and the Halloween Harvest Carnival.
The Fashion Association also organizes
several fund raisers to raise money for the various trips.
Some fund raisers include: jewelry sales, sink sale and bake
sales.
The Fashion Association is also proud to
offer service learning activities. One recent activity was
the Help-in-Crisis clothing drive. Students collected
business casual clothing and everyday wear including t-shirts,
sweats and undergarments to be donated to Help-in-Crisis.
The student also helped the center sort and distribute to clothing
to women in need.
The Fashion Association is a great
experience and a lot of fun! We invite you to become a member and
develop memories and friendships to last a lifetime.
