1.         ADD additional classes to the summer and fall schedule.  Carry this forward to the Spring 2010 semester so that these courses can be in the schedule from the beginning and students will have an opportunity to enroll upfront.
 2.         Review your weekend, evening, short-term offerings and add courses, add ITV sections to   courses, and experiment with some special topics/special interest courses.
 3.         Be creative in your offerings.
 4.         Remove limits from the online classes.  As indicated previously, we will provide instructional           assistants to help with grading the online classes.  Increase the class limits on other classes            to the maximum allowed by the classroom.  Then if the class fills, look for a bigger classroom and open up the class again.
 5.         ITV to Muskogee!!!! and to other places.
 6.         I am sure that there are many NSU faculty who would like an opportunity to teach in the                 summer, but if you cannot find NSU faculty, remember that public school teachers are not       employed during the summer and many TCC faculty are well qualified to teach.  Look for         opportunities to create learning experiences for our students.
 7.         Enrollment begins March 30 for Summer and Fall 2009.  We do not have enough time        between now and then to get all the courses added to the schedule.  However, I want the new    courses in the schedules by April 12.  This will allow us some time to promote the new             courses and try to increase enrollment.  Please send to Dr. Bigbee, by April 12, all the             courses which have been added by semester.  Include the following information:
Location – Tahlequah, Broken Arrow, Muskogee, Poteau, Miami, other
            Building and Room
            Course number and title
            Dates and time of class
Any special conditions – pre-requisites, notes, etc.
Method of delivery – face-to-face, online, ITV, blended
