What is something about you that people would be surprised to know? I sing at the top of my lungs to Whitney Houston songs when I’m alone in the car.

If you weren’t at NSU right now, where would you be? I’d be a photographer for TIME Magazine.

What has been your greatest accomplishment in life? Raising 4 beautiful children without any major catastrophes (yet).

Where did you have your most memorable meal & what was it? Last year for our anniversary, Joe & I went to a restaurant in Tulsa. Joe forgot his glasses & the first thing the waitress said (yelled) was “Do you need my glasses?!”. After she brought our food, we never saw her again. The booth we were seated in was next to the trays & children’s seats area. All night, the staff were banging the trays & hitting the back of Joe’s seat. Then, we were served 7 pieces of shrimp scampi & a small salad for about $13.00 BUT we did get all the bread we could eat!!! I don’t think we’ll be going back.
