majority of the course work in a team setting.

is assigned.

three sections contained within each. Part I. Planning document; Part II.
Simulation; Part III. Paper for Outdoor simulation, workbook for Virtual

IMPORTANT NOTICE: ALL work
must be completed by the student. All written assignments are to be typed and
professional quality work and submitted by the due dates via EMAIL to
edwar001@nsuok.edu. Only ONE late assignment, of a week or less
duration, will be allowed. Subsequent assignments, either late or missing,
regardless of reason, will result in the “employee being ‘F’ired
from the organization”, ie student will receive a D or F for the course
depending upon the extent of the work done by the student thus far and repeat
the course the following semester. “Employees” (ie students) completing all
assignments by the deadlines (in other words: did not take advantage of the

DOCUMENT OF
UNDERSTANDING
I have thoroughly
read the syllabus for MGT 4013 Seminar in Management and
Team Skills, Spring
05, criteria sheets, and understand the criteria for student evaluation and
policies that apply to specific issues stated below.
CLASS POLICY:
ALL work must be completed by the student. All written assignments are to
be typed and professional quality work and submitted by the due dates via EMAIL
to edwar001@nsuok.edu. Only ONE late assignment, of a week or less
duration, will be allowed. Subsequent assignments, either late or missing,
regardless of reason, will result in the “employee being ‘F’ired from
the organization”, ie student will receive a D or F for the course depending
upon the extent of the work done by the student thus far and repeat the course
the following semester. “Employees” (ie students) completing all assignments by
the deadlines (in other words: did not take advantage of the one late allowance)
will be given a 2% bonus raise (in grade) at the end of the semester.
ETHICS COMMITTEE:
In the event of the instructor receiving individual assignments that are
questionable in nature and appear to be the same work as another person, an
Ethics Committee will be selected. This committee will consist of five people
from the class members not involved in the ethics issue. The members will be
randomly selected by drawing names out of a pool. A majority of members (3)
voting “no” on the authenticity of the papers in question will constitute a
grade of 0 for those papers under review. This policy will require subsequent
action per the class policy above. Students must complete all work or a grade
of D or F will be given.
