Instructions

This form allows you to submit part of the application for a position in the Oklahoma INBRE Summer Research Program by e-mail. There are six parts to the form:

To complete your application you will also need:

  • Two letters of recommendation from faculty members or instructors. These letters should highlight achievements in coursework, laboratory experience, and your desire for a career in biomedical research.
  • Official transcripts from all institutions of higher education that you have attended.
  • A list of the courses that you are taking this semester and the courses that you intend to take next semester (if not included on your transcripts).

Describe how your participation in the Oklahoma INBRE Summer Research Program will affect your intention to pursue a career in biomedical research. Limit your response to the the equivalent of one typewritten page.
