Welcome to my gallery. My name is Matthew Capps and I am a student at Northeastern State University in Oklahoma. I am currently a junior and majoring in Graphic Design. I work with many mediums including charcoal, pastel, watercolor, acrylic, oil, computer art, and so on... I have been studying art for only a couple years and am always looking for new projects.
