OUR MISSSION

The mission of The Learning Program is to develop well-rounded children in the community through fellowship, education and fun, and activities that encourages family involvement.

Referrals to the multicultural teaching program are initiated by local school districts.  Parents seeking access to these services should contact their local school directors. The North Side Educational Center, Salvation Army Multicultural Center, and Early Learning Developmental Institute can also facilitate student referrals.
