1. You can only submit two(2) music videos per round. A round usually lasts a month.

2. Only Buffy, Angel or Firefly/Serenity videos may be submitted. Crossovers with other TV shows or movies are allowed but the majority of the clips must be from one of the three shows.

3. Your videos must be in WMV, AVI, RM, or Quicktime format.

4. You need to put up a code to Effulgent Reflections on your site. If I can't find it, you won't win an award. Go here to get one.

5. You can apply for as many categories as you want.

6. Everyone who enters is automatically nominated for Best Video and Best Site.

7. I may choose to give a different award than the one you applied for on the form.

8. Your video must be online when you submit it and through the judging period.

9. When I ask for the video location on the form, just put the page it's on, not the actual url for the video (ex. www.buffyvideo.com/buffyvids.htm not www.buffyvideo.com/video.wmv)

10. I must be able to download your video. That means no YouTube or other videos integrated into the webpage.

11. You can submit the same video more than once, but only if it did not win an award before.

12. No stolen clips, please. If I find that your video has them, you'll be disqualified.

13. No submitting other people's music videos; only your own.

14. I will only be accepting 45 videos. Once I reach that limit, I will close the round.

15. Where it says "Inspired by your beauty" type effulgent so I know that you read the rules.
