Philanthropy

Alpha Sigma Alpha has chosen as its national philanthropy aid to individuals with developmental disabilities. Specifically, our sorority is committed to supporting the Special Olympics program as volunteers and the S. June Smith Center through financial contributions.

Beta Gamma Chapter shows dedication to their community through volunteering in various service projects throughout the year in the Tahlequah community. This past year we participated in NSU’s Big Event where student organizations completed service projects around the Tahlequah community. Alpha Sigma Alpha also participates in Small Event where they, with other student organizations volunteered time doing service projects on campus for the NSU community specifically. Other service projects our chapter volunteers with include MLK Day of Service, NAB-Northeastern Activities Board, the Boys and Girls Club, and Polar Plunge to name a few.
