COMMON COMMANDS
This review sheet usually accompanies the problem.  These are essential commands.

REVIEW OF T C LOGO COMMANDS
TALKTO "motora  Tells computer to send signals to port A

TALKTO “lampb  Tells the computer to send signals to port 1

TALKTO “soundc  Same as TALKTO

TTO [motora motorb] Send signals to both ports a and b

TONE 120 5  Emits a tone of 120 hz. For .5 seconds.

ON    Turns the designated port on

ONFOR 10   Turns on the designated port for 1 sec.

RD    Reverses designated motor direction

OFF    Turns off port being addressed

SETRIGHT   Sets motor direction "right”

SETLEFT   Sets motor direction "left”

SETPOWER 7   Sets motor speed - 1(slow) to 7 (fast)

FOREVER [IF TOUCH2 [TALKTO “MOTORA ON]]
    If sensor 2 is true, motor A will be turned on until a stopall is encountered

NOT TOUCH2  Will activate if switch is NOT depressed

WAIT 10   Pause for 1 second.

WAITUNTIL [touch1] X  Do X when touch1 is true

WAITUNTIL [TEMP > 20] X  Do X when Temp is greater than 20

WAITUNTIL [COUNTER1 = 1] X Do X when counter 1 = 1

 WAITUNTIL [ANGLE6 = 0] TALKTO “MOTORA ON
      Turn on motor A when sensor 6 = 0

 IFELSE  Condition [X] [Y]  If condition is true, do X, if
      false, do Y

IF Condition [X]   If the “condition” is true, do X

Resetrotation 5 Resets angle sensor 5 to zero degrees

RESETCOUNTER 2  Resets the counter to 0

RESETT1   Resets timer #1

REPEAT # [X ]  Runs [X] # times

TYPE “ITEM  Prints item without a carriage return

SHOW “[ ]   Prints message and brackets on control screen

SHOW (COUNTER 1 / 5)  If counter =10, prints 2 in control center
