In a speech not to exceed 12 minutes, educate your audience with the material you have gathered for your research paper. 

Basically, follow the outline for your final paper BUT DO NOT READ YOUR PAPER TO THE AUDIENCE.  You will be required to submit both an outline and bibliography before your presentation. You may only use the outline during your presentation. Below is the rubric and grading criteria for this presentation.  This assignment is worth 10 percent of your final grade.
