(1993).  All Kinds of Minds is a must read if you are teaching elementary age children.  It gives you and the students an insight that makes a difference.  It is a fictitious account of five different students who have learning differences.  The emphasis on acceptance of all kinds of minds gives a valuable boost to the self-esteem of students who are often underconfident..
