All students in the class are REQUIRED to send the instructor the
following information using E-Mail via the Internet (the fileserver at
NSU or, if you prefer, a commercial Internet Service Provider--ISP).
Print out this Worldwide Web (WWW) page or jot down the required student
information form for use when you log-on to WWW. You may provide the following
information by reference to its number or description.
Remember, this e-mail assignment is worth 15 points (for a completed
form submitted via e-mail). I must receive it no later than 5:00pm on the
due date listed in the course syllabus. If you have questions or problems,
please contact me.

12. The e-mail addresses of TWO other members of this class (ask the
persons sitting next to you in class or other friends in class; the purpose
is to encourage collaborative effort among students)

(your choice) thing about yourself that would be helpful to me in getting
