                                    State of Texas

                                    Conducted content research with over 20 state agencies from around the country on the current legal                             application of statutes that civilly commit inmates with two or more sexual offense convictions upon their                         release from prison sentence.  Worked with liaison with Texas State Criminal Justice Committee in                                 drafting and implementing statute that became effective Jan. 1, 2000.
