NCTM
The National Council of Teachers of Mathematics is an organization of mathematics educators in the USA and Canada.  NCTM publishes teacher resources and 4 journals each addressing specific interests of teachers of mathematics and researchers.
SCIMAST
The Southwest Consortium for the Improvement of Math and Science Teaching (SCIMAST) provides resources to assist teachers and schools in their improvement efforts in teaching.

Michigan Teacher Network
The sites listed on the Michigan Teacher Network (MTN) have been evaluated for quality, relevance, and effectiveness.  MTN describes thousands of resources that can be used with K-12 students in the classroom, with teachers for professional development, and by educators for planning and problem solving.
