Chapter 31: Survivors' and Dependents' Educational Assistance

This Chapter is for veterans who are disabled and are reciving benefits through Vocational Rehabilitation, Department of Veteran Affairs. Eligible veterans receive payment for tuition, books, supplies, and a monthly stipend.
