The NSGA
The Northeastern Student Government Association is a forum for student organizations and student groups from all across campus to come together and discuss legislation impacting our campus, appropriate funds to recognized student organizations, and share announcements.
The Northeastern Student Government Association hosts a number of events throughout the year including Homecoming King and Queen elections, the Homecoming parade and a Chili Cook-Off, an annual Halloween Carnival, Mr. NSU, an annual Banquet, and a summer retreat. In addition to helping new student groups become official recognized student organizations, NSGA appropriates thousands of dollars each semester to student organizations for special events and conferences. Each recognized student organization sends a delegate to Senate which is held every Wednesday at 4:00 p.m. in the NET Auditorium. All students are welcome to attend Senate!
