I would
prefer a job in the Northeast Oklahoma area.
But I
would move to wherever I had to as long as I got a job.
To work
at Wal-Mart I would have to move to the Bentonville, Arkansas area; it would
have to be in the country.
I would like to receive a
position in the Business Administration field or in the Logistics field at
Wal-Mart. Wal-Mart offers all the
benefits that I am looking for in an employer.
Most people go to work for Wal-Mart for their benefits. They offer incentive programs for their
employees as well.
More than 25 years ago, Wal-Mart opened their first Distribution Center in Bentonville, Arkansas. But, this was just the beginning of the Logistics network for Wal-Mart. They now operate more than 60 facilities throughout the country and serve more than 4,000 stores and clubs.
Wal-Mart offers classes to develop,
improve and refine leadership skills. Their Training & Development programs
will expand your knowledge of transportation and distribution. They have Management Training programs that
are designed to help you learn all phases of Operations, including customer
service, driver safety and dispatch operations.
Wal-Mart offers a high rate of
advancement. Most of their top managers
started out as hourly employees.
The job market for Logistics is
growing and companies are always looking for young people who have the drive
and determination to succeed.
