The following is an example of how grading on a typical project would work. While the project itself will be evaluated differently from class to class, the peer evaluation will be the same in all classes.
The example group is doing a project in Principles of Meeting Management in which they have been called upon to do a detailed meeting plan for the Retired Airline Pilots Association. The project is worth 200 points.
There are four group members: Mickey Mouse, Donald Duck, Minnie Mouse, and Bugs Bunny. At the time of their group project presentation and when they turn in their project papers, each member of the group turns in the following peer evaluation form:

Each student's score will be divided by the highest score within the team to determine the percentage peer evaluation score. That percentage will then become the factor to determine your grade. As a result, if the overall group receives, say, 175 points on a 200-point project, and you receive an 86% peer evaluation, your credit for the group work will be 86% of 175 points, or 151 points. Individual evaluations, such as that conducted on your speaking in a presentation will not be subject to peer evaluation.

Upon receipt of peer evaluations, I will total them like this:

Student Evaluated by Donald Duck Evaluated by Mickey Mouse Evaluated by Bugs Bunny Evaluated by Minnie Mouse Grand

Total

Donald Duck 87 45 75 207
Mickey Mouse 48 87 100 235
Bugs Bunny 8 14 0 22
Minnie Mouse 48 100 100 248

Minnie Mouse has the highest score, 248, as a result, everyone will be evaluated on a factor based upon their score divided by her score:

Minnie Mouse: 248 = 1
                        248

Mickey Mouse: 235 = .94758 (rounded to .95)
                          248

Donald Duck: 207 = .834677 (rounded to .84)
                      248

Bugs Bunny 22 = .0887096 (rounded to .09)
                  248

Applying the factors and my analysis of the project, each member will receive an evaluation that will look something like this:
