Dr. Joe D. Dillsaver is a Professor of Criminal Justice at the Broken Arrow campus of Northeastern State University.  Before returning to teaching, Dr. Dillsaver served as Department Head (now Dean) of the College of Business and Dean of University Services in Tulsa for Northeastern.  He also served as Provost of Rogers State University. Dr. Dillsaver has a B.A. in Communication from Southwest Baptist University; a Master of Arts and a Doctor of Philosophy from the University of Missouri, Columbia plus a Juris Doctorate from the University of Oklahoma.  He has taught at the University of Missouri, the University of Vermont and Oral Roberts University in  Addition to Northeastern State University.

His research and publication interests are varied.  Dr. Dillsaver has authored four law review articles, three law review notes, six Oklahoma Bar Journal articles, a chapter in a book plus numerous other works.  He has also made any presentations on legal issues.
