Promotional Packet
This assignment is worth 100 points and is due Thursday,
June 24. At minimum, your
promotional packet should include:
- A
cover letter
- A
résumé
- List
of references who can attest to your speaking skills
- A
scannable list of topics that are your expertise
- Your
biography (This may be printed in a program and/or used to introduce you. You may want to make this two separate
documents)
- Outlines
of presentations you have prepared
In addition, it would be wise to include:
- Letters
of recommendation
- Testimonials
from former clients and/or audience members
- A
headshot
- Video
clips
- Newsclippings
- Thank
you letters you have received
- List
of places you have spoken
